Carbon Laundering

When I thought about how well to express the deception in carbon emissions trading or Kyoto Protocol, a catchword "carbon laundering", as a pun on "money laundering" put into my head. I googled with "carbon laundering", expecting there might be other persons who had the same idea elsewhere. That hit 68 sites. Wow. The world is big enugh.
On the top, I found CarbonRambling:Carbon Laundering.
Because companies in the west are exporting to Asia not just their manufacturing jobs, but the carbon emissions that go with them. When a British firm makes an energy saving kitchen appliance in China, for instance, the goodwill and the large chunk of the profits go back to the UK. The carbon footprint involved in making it stays in China.
Same here in Japan. Since the Kyoto standard year 1990, a good portion of manufacturing sector in Japan went out to South-East Asia, then having gone on to China, and now going on to India or elsewhere, not intending to take back "eco-friedly".
Thanks to the great transfer, the result is this sector now only shows proudly a little bit lower than in 1990, whereus distribution, office and household sectors up double-digit.
Impossible without "Carbon Laundering". Speculation is that carbon emissions in manufacturing sector is basically proportinal to that in distribution sector.
However,the catchword "Carbon Laundering" is not yet to be permeated. 68 hits are very few. Should be more.

排出権取引や京都議定書の欺瞞をうまく言い表す言葉はないものかと考えていたら「カーボンローンダリング」（マネーローンダリングのもじり)というのを思いついた。他に誰か使っているかなと思って、"carbon laundering"でぐぐったら、68件ヒットした。おやまあ、世界は広い。

西側先進国の企業は製造業の雇用をアジアに輸出しているだけでなく、二酸化炭素排出も輸出しているワケ。例えば、イギリスの会社が省エネの炊事用電器を中国で製造すると、信用と莫大な利益がイギリスに持ち帰られ、製造過程での二酸化炭素排出の痕跡だけ中国に残していく。
とのことで、日本も同じか。京都議定書の基準年1990年から製造部門は東南アジア、中国、そしてインドその他へと移転していった。別に「環境に優しい」を輸入するつもりじゃなかったのだが。
お陰で結果は、流通やオフィス、家庭部門が10%以上の排出増なのに対し、製造部門だけ誇るかのようにわずかにマイナス。
"Carbon Laundering"なしでは有り得ない。　推測すれば、基本的に製造部門の排出は流通部門と比例するはずだし。
けれど、"Carbon Laundering"という表現自体はまだ普及には程遠い。68件は少なすぎる。もうちょっと普及させんと。
