11月の世界平均気温は最高記録水準、南半球では記録更新

NASAのデータでは先月の11月は1961年以降では世界で最も暑い11月になったようだ。1880年以降では4番目の記録だそうな。

The combined global land and ocean surface temperature for November 2009 tied with 2008 as the fourth warmest November on record since records began in 1880.

In the Southern Hemisphere, the November 2009 average temperature for the Hemisphere as a whole (land and ocean surface combined) was 0.60°C (1.08°F) above the 20th century average—the warmest November on record. The Southern Hemisphere land only temperature during November 2009 also represented the warmest November on record, with an anomaly of 1.05°C (1.89°F) above the 20th century average. The November 2009 Southern Hemisphere ocean temperature ranked as the second warmest on record, behind 1997.

またNASAの指数では、先月は68で、2001年の66を2ポイント上回った。摂氏で0.02度上回ったことになる。
また、ジェームズ・ハンセンによると、The Temperature of Science(James Hansen)

I would say greater than 50 percent, that 2010 will be the warmest year in the period of instrumental data. This prediction depends in part upon the continuation of the present moderate El Nino for at least several months, but that is likely.

と、来年は50％以上の確率で観測史上最高気温を記録するかもしれないという。一般には1998年がこれまでの最高気温と言われているが、その年はエルニーニョの影響があったためで、アノマリーを均した記録では2005年が最高だった。
この予測は当たるかもしれない。NASAのアノマリーのグラフを見ると、1998年、2002年、2006年と突出して気温が高くなる時期があった。次は2010年に突発的高温が起きることになる。
こういうデータを見ると寒冷化説などナンセンスなことが分かる。
